In what has become my third consecutive 50-minute run this week, I decided on a one way run down the Regent’s Canal, starting from Limehouse Marina. I ended up as planned at Angel, Islington. Although a great run, which was very rewarding, this is probably not a run I’m going to do again soon as there is no easy direct route home via public transport. Still, it was a lot of fun!
